| 摘 要： | 通过分析采油厂联合站产生油泥的组分和特性,经过分散性实验、成胶性实验和驱油性实验,筛选配制出以油泥浮渣为主体的凝胶类调剖剂。该调剖剂可同时实现堵水驱油、环境保护和资源循环利用多重目的。将油泥浮渣调剖剂应用到高含水井组后,取得了明显的稳产降含水效果,同时有效解决了油泥处理难题,促进了油区环境保护建设。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the composition and characteristics of oil sludge produced by combined station of oil extraction plant,a gel profile control agent with oil sludge and dross as the main body was screened out through dispersive experiments,gel forming experiments and oil displacement experiments.The profile control agent can achieve multiple purposes including water plugging and oil displacement,environmental protection and resource circulation utilization simultaneously.The application of oil sludge and dross profile control agent to high water bearing well group has achieved obvious effects of stable production and water cut reduction,solved the problems in oil sludge treatment effectively and promoted the construction of environmental protection in oil areas. |
