摘    要:采用首钢集团有限公司技术研究院Gleeble 2000D型热模拟试验机和中国钢研科技集团有限公司Gleeble 1500型和Gleeble 3800型热模拟试验机进行了动态再结晶、静态再结晶和相变比对试验。结果表明,采用Gleeble 2000D型热模拟试验机测得的静态再结晶曲线存在波动和形态异常现象,但其与Gleeble 1500型和Gleeble 3800型热模拟试验机测得的动态再结晶和静态再结晶试验规律一致;无论是动态相变还是静态相变,采用Gleeble 3800型热模拟试验机测得的相变温度均高于Gleeble 2000D型热模拟试验机。

Abstract:The comparison tests of the dynamic recrystallization, static recrystallization and phase transition were carried out by using the Gleeble 2000D thermal simulation testing machine from Research Institute of Technology of Shougang Group Co., Ltd. and the Gleeble 1500 and 3800 thermal simulation testing machines from China Iron and Steel Research Institute Group. The results showed that the static recrystallization curve obtained by Gleeble 2000D exhibited fluctuating and abnormal phenomena, while it was consistent with the experimental rules of the dynamic recrystallization and the static recrystallization measured by Gleeble 2000D. No matter the dynamic phase transition or the static phase transition, the phase transition temperature measured by the Gleeble 3800 was higher than that of the Gleeble 2000D.
