华菱涟钢大型转炉氧枪冷却水流量的研究

摘    要:对于涟钢210t转炉氧枪冷却水流量过大问题进行了转炉内氧枪传热过程的理论计算。为了比较,对国内11个大型转炉钢厂的氧枪冷却水流量、热通量进行了调查。中国大型转炉氧枪冷却水较国外高25%,氧枪外管壁厚大2~4mm,加大了设备质量和热阻。提出了涟钢氧枪冷却水的合理流量,对国内大型转炉的氧枪冷却水流量、氧枪各部位冷却水流速提出了参考意见。

Abstract:The theoretical calculation about heat transfer of oxygen lance in converter was performed for the problem of excessive cooling water flow of oxygen lance for 210t converter in VALIN LY steel. For comparison, the cooling water flow and heat flux of oxygen lance in 11 domestic large- scale converter steel plants were investigated. The results showed that the cooling water flow of oxygen lance in domestic large- scale converters was 25% higher than that in foreign countries. Moreover, the thickness of outer tube of oxygen lance was also lager (2- 4mm), which increased the equipment weight as well as the thermal resistance. The reasonable flow of cooling water flow for Liangang was proposed. The cooling water flow of oxygen lance for domestic large- scale converters and the velocity of cooling water in each position of oxygen lance were also suggested.
