摘    要:介绍了某电厂300MW机组锅炉及制粉系统设备特点,对制粉系统进行了包括制粉系统出力、制粉电耗、三次风带粉量、粗/细粉分离器效率等在内的全面性能试验测试,针对分析诊断结果进行了一系列的制粉系统优化调整试验,使制粉系统出力提高、制粉电耗下降,提高了锅炉运行经济性,达到了节能降耗的目的。
