脉冲纳米复合电沉积的研究现状及前景展望

摘    要:介绍脉冲纳米复合电沉积的发展历史、原理和特点。以不同的第二相粒子作为分类依据,阐述Al2O3,TiO2,SiC,WC,ZrO2,CeO2,SiO2,Y2O3等不同纳米颗粒脉冲复合电沉积在国内外的研究现状。针对现阶段研究不足,提出脉冲纳米复合电沉积的研究方向:采用多种脉冲方式的电沉积方法开发新型纳米材料;通过添加稀土,选用更常用的金属为基体,改善和取代传统材料,提高产品质量和性能。

Abstract:To introduce the development history, principle and characteristics of pulse nano-composite electro-deposition. To take different second phase ion as classification basis, the research situation of different nano-particle pulse composite electro-deposition such asAl2O3,TiO2,SiC,WC,ZrO2,CeO2,SiO2,Y2O3 etc. in domestic and abroad is summarized. Aiming at the research deficiency at present stage, the research direction of pulse nano-eomposite electro-deposition in the future is put forth. To develop new-type nano materials by adopting electro-deposition method of multi pulse way, another is through adding RE, selecting commonly used metal as matrix to improve and replace traditional material, to improve products quality and properties.
