| 摘 要： | 介绍了多级分布式西门子过程控制系统在福州人造板厂的技术改造中应用情况。系统的现场设备控制级由西门子PLC构成,生产过程监控采用W onderware InTouch来实现,采用Wonderware Industrial SQL Server完成生产数据的存储,通过Wonderware Suitevoyager实现对生产数据和生产状况的远程监控,通过Wonderware ActiveFactory对生产数据进行全面的数据分析,从而实现了对生产过程高效的自动化控制,创造了较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Application of multi-grades distributive Simense process control system to the technique innovation of the Fuzhou man-made board plant is dealt with. The spot-device grade is composed of Siemens PLC. Wonderware's InTouch enables the visualization of production processes. Wonderware's IndustralSQL Server was used to store the data of production processes. The remote visualization of the data and the condition of production was accomplished by the Wonderware's SuiteVoyager. The overall analysis of the data of production processes was provided by Wonderware's ActiveFactory. Through all above, the high-efficient automatic control for production processes is realized and more economic benefit is carried out. |
