| 摘 要： | 在制造业全球化的背景下,我国东部的都市圈目前已成为世界上最年轻的,增长速度最快的制造业聚集区。本文在构造了产业聚集衡量指标体系的基础上,分析了东部都市圈制造业空间聚集的特征,并认为制造业在东部都市圈的聚集是在区位因素、制度因素、历史因素、外商直接投资等因素的综合影响下的必然结果,是在市场化进程逐步推动下形成的,因此对各级政府来说应该按照制造业集聚的市场规律消除市场失灵和阻碍集聚的政府规则,积极推动和促进城市制造业的空间集聚。

| Abstract: | The metropolitan area of East China is getting to be one of the youngest and fastestgrowing manufacturing centers in the world during the globalization of manufacturing industry. Based on the construction of an evaluating proxy system, the spatial conglomeration characteristics of manufacturing industry in east China were quasi-quantitatively investigated. This spatial agglomeration comes into being in response to the development of market-directed economy under combined impact from location, policy, historical factor and FDI. The government should play an active role in the procedure of spatial conglomeration by eliminating the improper policy conventions which precluded the manufacturing industry from the regulation by the market system. |
