有杆泵分层举升采油技术研究

摘    要:新疆陆梁油田纵向发育油层较多,受油层物性、压力差异等影响,层间干扰严重。为进一步提高油层的动用程度,避免多层合采层间干扰,研制成功分层举升泵系列。设计出分层举升管柱、配套清防蜡工艺及分层计量地面工艺流程。现场试验20井次,累计增产原油3.2×104t,检泵周期达到1年以上,为多层系油藏充分挖掘低压低含水油层的生产潜力提供了有效的技术手段。

Abstract:More oil layers developed vertically in Luliang Oilfield, and interlayer interference is more serious, which is affected byoil layer physical property and pressure difference. To further enhance oil recovery and avoid interlayer interference, pump series aredeveloped for separate zone production.
