| 摘 要： | 针对复杂电磁环境下舰载雷达对抗装备模拟训练的实际,分析研究了装备操作训练的评估方法,构造了一种基于层次分析法的评估指标体系,并通过模糊综合评价方法建立了评估模型。以某型装备的实操模拟训练过程为例,进行了考核和综合评价,实际应用结果表明,方法科学有效,可操作性强。
