摘    要:运用三维热塑性有限元法对不同预置应力下搭接接头角焊缝的焊接残余应力的影响进行了分析,提出了通过预置应力来降低焊缝根部的焊接残余应力峰值,从而提高结构的使用寿命的方法。

Abstract:The effect of prestressing force on the peak welding residual stresses of lap joint was analyzed with 3-D thermal elastic- plastic FEM (Finite Element Method). A new method was put forward to reduce peak residual stresses in the root of weld, thus to improve the service life by using prestressing force.
