基于交通环境因子的城市生态交通规划的理论框架

针对中国城市普遍存在的交通拥挤、交通环境污染严重、交通资源利用效率低等问题，以及传统交通规划理论的不足，对交通规划理论进行研究,引入交通环境容量和交通环境承载力概念，建立了城市交通环境承载力模型，构建了城市生态交通规划的理论框架．研究表明，该理论框架充分考虑了交通环境承载力和交通发展的相互作用，通过确定合理的交通结构和土地利用模式，可提高城市交通环境容量，解决现有的城市交通问题，并促进生态城市的发展．
