历史街区保护与利用的规划对策——以武汉市武昌昙华林地区为例

武汉市武昌昙华林历史街区具有古城文化、宗教文化、教育文化、街巷文化、建筑文化5种文化要素。其保护规划包括建筑保护与利用模式、街巷保护与利用模式等内容。其利用规划包括确定不可开发地块和制定建设控制措施等内容。另外,用地结构调整与道路交通规划等控制性详细规划内容也被加入其中,以完善保护与利用规划的内容。
