硫酸氢钠催化合成丁酸正丁酯

摘    要:硫酸氢钠能代替硫酸用于酯化作用中。在硫酸氢钠存在下,由丁酸和正丁醇合成了丁酸正丁酯。当丁酸、正丁醇和硫酸氢钠的质量比为1:1.25:0.036时,回流分水45 min,酯收率达93.7%。研究了催化剂的重复使用情况。

Abstract:Sodium bisulfate can be used as catalyst for the esterification instead of sulphuric acid. n - Butyl bu-tyrate was synthesized from butyric acid and n - butyl alcohol in the presence of sodium bisulfate monohydrate. The yield of the ester was up to 93.7 % under mass ratio of butyric acid, n - butyl alcohol, and sodium bisulfate of 1:1 .25 :0.036, refluxing and water segregating for 45 min. The reusability of the catalyst was studied.
