金属喷涂层在海水中的腐蚀研究

摘    要:对火焰喷涂Zn、Al和Zn-Al涂层,在青岛进行海水腐蚀试验的结果表明,4年试验后,喷Al和喷Zn-Al涂层没有发生明显的腐蚀,喷Zn涂层腐蚀严重,150 μm厚的涂层寿命不足3年;盐雾-光照复合加速试验,结果表明,喷Al和喷Zn-Al涂层耐蚀性优良,而喷Zn涂层耐蚀性较差,同户外暴晒结果一致.

Abstract:CORROSION RESEARCH OF METAL SPRAY COATING IN SEA WATER ZHOU Xue-jie,ZHANG San-ping,FU Zhi-yong,CHENG Xue-qun,PIN Yin,TANG Shu-qiong,XIAO Yi-de Wuhan research Institute of Materials Protection Sea water corrosion experiment was given for Flame spraying Zn,Al and Zn-Al coating in Qingdao.The result shows,after 4 years test,no obvious corrosion happened for flame spraying Al and Zn-Al,but serious corrosion happened for flame spraying Zn coating,even less than 3 years life for which thickness is 150 μm.In laboratory condition,salt spray test and irradiant test were given for spray coatings,the water percolating capacity of spray coating pore were measured,and corrosion potential were measured for spray coating after 4 years experiment. spray coating; sea water corrosion; corrosion protection
