大清河流域下垫面变化对设计洪水的影响

摘    要:20世纪80年代以来,大清河流域受到水资源开发及人类活动等因素的综合影响,其下垫面条件发生了显著变化,对径流及洪水成果产生了明显影响.采用频率分析法,对大清河流域南、北支3个时间段洪水序列进行了分析计算,确定了流域下垫面变化对不同类型区设计洪水的影响程度,为大清河流域未来防洪规划的制定提供了参考依据.
