基于模糊控制的金刚石砂轮电火花整形研究

摘    要:电火花加工技术是金刚石砂轮整形和改善表面质量的有效方法.电火花放电状态同极间间隙密切相关.通过分析和实验,识别了表征放电状态的参数与极间间隙之间的关系,基于模糊控制策略,建立了计算机控制系统.实验证明,该方法可显著提高加工效率.

Abstract:It is an effectual way to improve the figure and the surface quality of diamond grinding wheel using EDM. The status of EDM is interrelated with gap of electrode. The relation of two parameters deputizing for EDM status and electrode gap is identified. One computer-control system is set up based on the fuzzy-control strategy. It is proved that the efficiency is improved markedly using this way by the experiment.
