摘    要:利用散射矩阵理论,研究在绝热近似下受磁势和电势共同调制的正常导线量子点正常导线组成的量子系统泵浦效应,讨论电子的泵浦电流和泵浦自旋流随费米能和泵浦强度等系统参量的变化.计算表明,利用该量子泵浦系统可以在电流很小的情况下,得到较大的自旋流.证明磁场和电场共同调制下的量子泵浦,是一种产生自旋流的可行方法.

Abstract:Adiabatic parametric quantum pump of N-Qdot-N system was investigated. One pump signal was added by magnetic field and another was given by electric field. The pumped electric current and pumped spin current versus Fermi energy and signal amplitude were discussed. It is found that large spin current is obtained while the charge current is small enough. It is available and efficient to produce spin current by parametric pumping adjusted by electric and magnetic signals together.
