基于PLC控制的普通机床软件抗干扰技术

摘    要:外部干扰可能使PLC接收到错误的信号,造成机床误动作,或使PLC的内部数据丢失,严重时甚至使系统失控。大多数用户采用的是硬件措施,却收效甚微,不能完全消除干扰的影响,而且投资也较大,系统构成较复杂,若配合一定的软件措施,既可以充分发挥PLC高速运算与逻辑判断功能,而且在成本增加不多的情况下可以取得较好的抗干扰效果。这里介绍一些普通机床PLC控制系统的软件抗干扰措施和方法。

Abstract:The outside interferes with making PLC receive the wrong signal,cause the lathe to act by mistake,or make the internal data of PLC lost,even make the system out of control when being serious.What most users adopted are hardwares measures,but produce little effect,can't totally dispel the influence interfered with,and it is relatively great to make the investment,the system forms are more complicated,if cooperating with certain software measure,it can give full play to PLC high speed computation and logic judge function,increase little situation can make better antiinterference result in cost.The paper introduces some software antiinterference measures and methods of ordinary lathe PLC control system here.
