Research on the critical points in the process of locomotive overhauling

This paper introduces the research on the critical points in the quality controlling system of locomotive overhauling, as a part of the MIS (Management of Information System) on locomotive overhauling,emphasi-(zing) on the logical analysis and the tactics analysis in designing the critical points. Using the quality controlling system of locomotive overhauling,it can improve the quality of locomotive overhauling,make the process of it more strictly and give more responsibility to workers and managers. After the probation in the factory,the system can remarkably enhance the locomotives' repairing quality.
