水力脉冲诱发井下振动钻井技术

摘    要:在分析现有水力脉冲钻井技术和冲击振动钻井技术现状的基础上,结合当前钻井工程实际,综合水力脉冲和冲击振动钻井两类技术的优势,发展了水力脉冲诱发井下振动钻井技术,即利用水力脉冲直接诱发钻头机械振动,改善钻头与井底附近岩石的受力状况,从而有效提高钻井速度。现场试验表明,该技术具有效果显著、易于实现、工具结构简单、对钻头和地层的适应性强且不影响钻具组合等特点,具有很好的现场应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of hydro pulse drilling technique and vibration drilling technique, the vibration drilling technique directly induced by hydro pulse is presented and developed with the advantage comprehension of hydro pulse drilling technique and vibration drilling technique. This technique can get high drilling speed by improving bit and rock loading state near the bottom hole with the mechanical vibration of bit directly induced by hydro pulse. The practice test show that it performs a lot of advantages, including remarkable result, easy to realize, simple structure, good adaptability, no bad influence to BHA and having wide application prospects.
