基于模糊PID的自动配料系统控制研究

摘    要:针对工业系统自动配料过程中配料精度难以控制的问题,提出了一种模糊结合PID的复合型预测控制算法。算法将模糊控制宽范围快速调节和PID精确调节的特点有机结合起来,当系统的偏差大于某一设定值时采用结合了人的经验的模糊规则控制,当系统偏差小于设定值时采用PID控制。模糊控制器的两个输入分别为系统期望值和偏差,通过不同的期望值预测不同的空中落差。实际应用表明该算法比单纯的PID控制在系统精度和速度上均有所提高。

Abstract:A hybrid predictive algorithm based on Fuzzy and PID was proposed to solve the control difficulty in the process of automatic proportioning.Characteristics of wide range and rapid adjusting in Fuzzy control and exactitude of PID control are both applied appropriately in this algorithm. Fuzzy rule,which is combined with experience,is adopted when the system error is larger than the set threshold,and the PID control is adopted when the system error is smaller than the threshold. Two inputs of the Fuzzy controller are expected value of the system and the system error,and different expected value correspond different system overshoot.Application shows that the precision and the converging velocity of the system are both improved.
