摘    要:应用优化设计方法,对再现轨迹的分插机构进行了尺度综合。从工程实际出发,以轨迹误差最小为目标函数,以满足传动角条件及尺寸条件为约束条件,求得了机构最优参数。

Abstract:In this paper the optimization method is applied to size synthesis of path generation of a seperate transplantation mechanism. According to the practical engineering environment, the minimum error of the path is selected as the objective function and the condition of transmission angle and size of the mechanism are taken as constraints. As a result, the optimum parameters of the mechamism are obtained.
