基于模糊数学法的河北省水资源环境评价

摘    要:采用模糊数学综合评判法,选择水资源指标、社会经济指标和环境指标等三大类八个具体指标,按照河北省11个行政区分别评价其水资源环境状况.结果表明,2007年河北省水资源环境相对较好的地市为承德、张家口、唐山、秦皇岛,相对一般的地市有廊坊、保定、邯郸、石家庄,较差的地市为邢台、沧州、衡水.提出了适应河北省水资源环境的若干保护对策,为河北省水资源环境可持续开发利用提供了科学决策依据.

Abstract:Using comprehensive fuzzy evaluation,we evaluated the conditions of water resources environment in eleven administrative districts with eight indexes of three index groups including water resources,social economics and environment.It was demonstrated that Chengde,Zhangjiakou,Tangshan,Qinhuangdao showed better conditions of the water resources environment,Langfang,Baoding,Handan,Shijiazhuang showed average conditions,whereas Xingtai,Cangzhou,Hengshui were below average in 2007.Based on these evaluations,a nu...
