汽轮机辅机联锁保护系统的软件设计

摘    要:阐述300MW机组汽轮机辅机联锁保护系统存在的问题和改造措施,设计了可编程序控制器的梯形图。在铁岭发电厂3号机组的应用实践表明,采用可编程序控制器对汽轮机辅机联锁保护系统进行改造,具有投资小、见效快及功能强等优点,使机组运行的安全性和可靠性大为提高。

Abstract:The existing problems and retrofitting measures of interlocking protection system for auxiliary equipment of 300 MW steam turbines are elaborated and the trapezoidal diagram of programmable controller is designed.The application practice on No.3 generating unit in Tieling Power Plant shows that,to retrofit the interlocking protection system for auxiliary equipment of steam turbines using programmable controller features small investment,quick return and powerful function etc. so as to greatly improve the safety and reliability of generating unit operation.
