电气工程及其自动化专业培养方案改革探讨

专业培养计划的制定与实施决定着所培养人才的专业素养与质量,科学制定教学计划对于人才培养具有十分重要的意义。电气工程及其自动化是一个由多个专业合并的宽口径专业,其教学培养计划的制定,应充分考虑不同学校的实际情况、已有的专业特色和学生素质,以就业市场对人才的需求为导向,充分体现人才培养特色。为更好的贯彻上述指导思想,我校对电气工程及其自动化专业的培养计划进行了重新修订,本文对新修订教学计划的总体思路和主要改革措施进行了论述,介绍了其主要内容与特点,提出了保障新教学计划贯彻实施的保障体系。
