摘    要:着重探讨了抑制液/液膜吸收过程中伴生渗透蒸馏的方法及其影响因素、实验结果表明,采用加热浓溶液、冷却稀溶液的方法,可以有效抑制住液/液膜吸收过程中伴生的渗透蒸馏作用.实验发现,实际所需的浓溶液和稀溶液间的最小抑制温差要高于理论值1.2~2.8倍.膜材料性能、温差极化以及温度对渗透通量的影响是造成这种偏差的主要原因.

Abstract:The inhibition of the coupled osmotic distillation (OD) in membrane absorption process and its influencing factors were emphatically explored. The experimental results indicate that the coupled OD can be effectively inhibited by heating concentrated solution and cooling dilute solution. It was found that the observed minimum inhibition temperature difference (MITD) between concentrated and dilute solutions is 1.5 to 2.8 times higher than the theoretical MITD. The deviation between experimental and theoretical MITDs is mainly caused by membrane property, temperature polarization and the influence of temperature on OD flux.
