| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析我厂75t循环流化床锅炉(CFB)受热面防磨喷涂施工过程中的管理和监督工作,阐述了在锅炉受热面超音速电弧喷涂项目施工中,业主方的积极配合及施工过程质量管控对防磨涂层最终质量有着非常重要的影响,提出了加强施工过程中业主方监管与做好施工质量控制的重要性。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the owner＇s management and supervision function during the anti-wear protection of the supersonic arc spray （ HVAS ） on the heating surface of our factory＇s 75t circulating fluidized bed （ CFB ） boiler, the article elaborates that the active cooperation and the process control to the coating quality on boiler heating surface from the owner are of the key importance. It puts forward the significance of strengthening the owner＇s supervision function and paying more attention to the quality control during the process of the arc spray. |
