| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了移动通信的发展历史,介绍了目前ITU所属无线电通信部(ITU-R)对第三代移动通信系统——未来公众陆上移动通信系统(FPLMTS)的初步设想以及当前针对这一新系统开展的各项工作和今后的计划安排。该系统可望在2000～2002年前后投入运行。 |
