黑液气化工艺及设备研究现状

黑液气化是黑液中的有机质发生分解和部分氧化,生成可燃气体和无机物的化学反应过程。黑液气化系统是建立在传统碱回收技术的基础上,用气化炉替代燃烧炉而形成高效的能量和物质的回收系统。黑液气化炉是黑液气化回收系统的核心设备,固定床气化炉、流化床气化炉和气流床气化炉等是黑液气化系统的常用反应器。文章着重介绍黑液气化工艺和黑液气化回收系统的主要设备。

A Review of the Gasification Process and its Key Equipment of Black Liquor

Gasification of black liquor is a process of oxidizing and decomposing of the organic materials contained in the black liquor, and producing gaseous products and inorganic chemicals. A gasification system was developed based on the conventional chemical recovery system, the recovery boiler was replaced by a gasifier with high efficiency in energy and alkali recovery. A gasifier is the key equipment in the gasification system, in which the fixed-bed gasifier, the fluidized-bed gasifier or the entrained-flow gasifier are usually used as the reactor. The gasification process and the key equipment of the gasification system were introduced in detail in this paper.
