新型双排屑枪钻的研制

摘    要:描述了一种新型双排屑槽枪钻。这种枪钻的钻头在设计思想上的新颖之处是以提高枪钻分屑、排屑效果为出发点,设计了两条不对称的排屑槽结构,钻尖偏离中心,无横刃。经与目前国内外枪钻对比试验,结果证明,新型双排屑槽枪钻既具有单刃枪钴的导向性好、切削稳定的特点,又具有双刃抢钻的切削力较平衡、切削扭矩小的特点。而且分屑良好,排屑顺畅,可增大钻削进给量,提高钻头耐用度,提高生产率。

Abstract:A new type of gun drill for making deep holes has been developed. The novel designing thoughts embody as follows. In order to improve the chip removing and chip splitting effect, the drill has two asymmetric chip removing slots and has no chisel. The drill point is eccentric. Comparied with the conventional gun drills at home and abroad, it has not only the characteristics of good guiding, stable cutting; balanced cutting force and small torque which the conventional gun drills with one or two chip removing slots respectively possess, but also the merits of good chip splitting and smooth chip removing. As a result, the drilling feed can be increased, production efficiency and lifetime greatly raised.
