镍的萃取和钴电解液净化:——1.环烷酸与吡啶酯协同萃取镍的性能研究

摘    要:
本文对环烷酸(HA)与异辛基3-吡啶酯(PE206)二元体系在盐酸介质中协同萃取镍的性能进行了研究,结果表明:与环烷酸单一体系比较,铜的萃取pH50向低pH方向移动1.0pH单位,镍的pH50方向移动1.4pH单位,而钴的pH50向低pH方向只移动0.7pH单位。镍与钴的ΔPH50增加0.6PH单位。

Abstract:
The synergistic extraction of nickel, copper and cobalt by binary system of naphthenic acid and 1-octyl-3-pyridinecarboxylate has been investigated in the medium of hydrochloric acid. Comparing with single naphthenic acid-kerosene system, pH50 values of the extraction of copper, nickel and cobalt were shifted up to about 1.0 pH, 1.4pH and 0.7pH units, respectively, APH50 value of the extraction of nickel and cobalt was increaced up to about 0.6pH units.
