曼尼希碱季铵盐缓蚀剂的合成及其缓蚀性能评价

摘    要:以苯乙酮、醛、硫脲等为原料合成曼尼希碱,曼尼希碱再与氯化苄进行季铵化反应,合成了曼尼希碱季铵盐缓蚀剂.通过正交试验确定了季铵化反应最佳条件,即曼尼希碱与氯化苄摩尔比1.5,反应温度50℃,反应时间2h.考察了缓蚀剂用量、腐蚀介质盐酸含量及腐蚀温度对曼尼希碱季铵盐缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的影响.结果表明,在缓蚀剂用量1.0%,腐蚀介质盐酸含量15%、腐蚀温度40℃,腐蚀时间4h及常压条件下,N80钢片的腐蚀速率为0.9 904 g/m2·h,表明曼尼希碱季铵盐缓蚀剂具有优异的缓蚀性能.

Abstract:Mannich bases was synthesized with acetophenone, aldehyde, thiourea as raw material, and a Mannich base quaternary ammonium salt as a corrosion inhibitor was synthesized through the quaternarization of Mannich base with benzyl chloride. The optimum quaternarization conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows : molar ratio of Mannich base to benzyl chloride 1.5, reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 2 hours. The influence of conditions such as dosage of corrosion inhibitor, content of hydrochloric acid in cor- rosion medium and corrosion temperature on the performances of Mannich base quaternary ammonium salt ascorrosion inhibitor were investigated. It showed that corrosion rate of N80 steel was 0. 9904 g/( ms· h) when dosage of inhibitor was 1%, content of hydrochloric acid in corrosion medium was 15%, corrosion temperature was 40℃, corrosion time was 4 hours in atmospheric condition, which indicated that Mannich base quaternary ammonium salt as corrosion inhibitor had excellent corrosion inhibiting behaviors.
