基于超级电容的新型蓄电池充放电电路的研究

摘    要:以前有使用超级电容的半桥电路结构来防止蓄电池的大电流放电,使其能在一定时间内不出现大电流放电同时又不影响负载工作。为了克服原始电路存在的一些不足,提出了一种改进的超级电容半桥电路拓扑结构。这种改进的电路相对原始半桥电路器件开关耐压更小,电感值更小,而且能够提供连续的电流。为了验证此电路对电源的保护作用,此电路应用滞环控制的方法对电机启动过程中供电仿真,最终很好地验证了此电路的有效性。

Abstract:To prevent the battery discharging with a high rate, the supercapacitors (SC) with semi-bridge were used, which could avoid the appearance of high current, on the other hand wo'aldn't influence the loads. There were some deficiencies in the semi-bridge circuits, so a topology for SC--based power buffer was put forward. The proposed topology owned relatively lower switching voltage and inductance value, as well as provided continuous current. To validate the protection effect of the improved c!krcuit, the hysteresis control method was used in the circuit to simulate the starting process of motor.
