摘    要:分析了液压系统主泵产生曙升的原因以及高温对液压系统,液压元件,液压油,密封元件产生的危害,讨论了降低主泵温度的技改措施,并介绍了改造后的效果。

Abstract:This paper analyses the reasons of abnormal temperature rising of main pump used for the hydraulic system of reheating furnace of hot rolling mill. The harmfulness of the abnormal temperature rising to hydraulic system, hydraulic elements, hydraulic oil and seal elements are described. Based on the analysis, technological modification measures to reduce the abnormal temperature were taken, resulting in a desirable effect.
