| 摘 要： | 住宅产业化的核心是建筑设计标准化、部品生产工厂化、物流配送专业化和现场施工装配化。推进住宅产业化有利于实现节能减排、推进绿色安全施工、提高住宅工程质量、改善人居环境以及促进产业结构调整，是住宅建设发展的趋势。北京自上世纪七八十年代在装配式住宅结构体系方面进行了一系列探索和实践，特别是近年来组织进行了科技攻关和试点示范，积累了一定经验。
