绿色水处理缓蚀剂聚天冬氨酸的研究进展

摘    要:聚天冬氨酸具有高生物可降解性,是一种公认的环境友好型水处理药剂.综述了近年来聚天冬氨酸作为水处理缓蚀剂的研究进展;探索了其对碳钢、铜及铜合金在不同体系中的缓蚀效果;指出了复配聚天冬氨酸具有较好的缓蚀协同效应.复配聚天冬氨酸可作为今后绿色水处理缓蚀剂的发展方向.

Abstract:Polyaspartic acid(PASP) is green,biodegradable and environment friendly water-treatment chemicals.The progress in the research on Polyaspartic acid as green water treatment corrosion inhibitor is reviewed in detail.The inhibition effects of PASP for carbon-steel,copper and copper alloys corrosion in different solutions are summarized.It is shown that the complex of PASP and sodium tungstate has a good synergistic effect.The complex of PASP will be the trend of development for green water treatment corrosion inhibitor.
