摘    要:现有分布式电源选址定容方案优化目标单一,难以兼顾分布式电源接入的经济性和对配电网可靠性性的影响。本文提出了计及供电可靠性的多目标分布式电源选址定容方法,基于含分布式电源配电网孤岛的划分,采用对偶抽样序贯蒙特卡洛模拟法计算配电网可靠性指标。结合分布式电源运行成本和配电网网损等经济性指标,建立了多目标分布式电源选址定容优化模型,采用粒子群优化与非支配遗传排序协同进化算法(CPSO-NSGA)进行模型求解。给出了在IEEE33节点标准系统中的算例,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:The existing distributed power source location and capacity determination scheme has a single optimization objective, which is difficult to give consideration to the economy of distributed power source access and the influence on the reliability of distribution network.This paper presents a multi-objects method for sitting and sizing the distributed generations in considering the reliability of power supply. Based on the island partitioning of the distribution network integrated with distributed generation, the reliability indexes of the distribution network are calculated using the dual sampling sequential Monte Carlo simulation method. Combined with the economic index such as the distributed generation operation cost and the distribution network power loss, a multi-objective distributed generations sitting and sizing optimization model is established and solved by the particle swarm optimization and non dominated genetic sequencing co-evolutionary algorithm(CPSO-NSGA). The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through an example applied in the IEEE33 nodes standard system.
