电渣炉的两种摆动控制原理分析与应用

摘    要:电渣炉的摆动控制是影响电渣重熔过程中结晶质量的关键因素。它通过调节电极插入渣池的深度来维持渣阻恒定,以利于熔速的稳定控制。本文叙述了进口和国产电渣炉的两种摆动控制原理,并指出了两种摆动控制的优缺点。通过分析现场的实际运行数据,比较了它们的控制性能。

Abstract:One key factor which affects crystallization quality during electric slag refusion process is the swing control of ESR furnace.Electrode depth inserted in slag bath was adjusted to keep slag resistance constant.It is beneficial to stabilize melting rate.Two kinds of swing control principle of foreign and domestic ESR furnace are described,and their merits and demerits are indicated.By analysis of factual data,performance comparison of two swing controls was made.
