摘    要:对经典周期热流法进行研究和改进并结合相关文献对其测试理论进行分析,建立传热的二维瞬态数学模型,采用加权余量法中的Galerkin法对控制方程进行有限元离散,借助ANSYS有限元软件对周期热流法中试样的温度分布和热量传递规律进行数值模拟.根据测试原理和数值计算的结果,对测定装置进行开发和优化设计,解决了采用该法测试时难以得到较为理想的正弦或余弦温度波这一难题,减少了测试误差.通过对几种金属及合金的实验测定和数值计算,发现最大误差不超过4%,测试结果可靠,测试精度较高.

Abstract:Based on the relevant reference, a classical thermal conductivity measuring method, called periodic heating measurement technique, has been improved in this paper. And a 2D transient heat transfer F.E. model has been developed to study the generated thermal gradient and the heat transfer mechanism in the sample by operating ANSYS software. According to the principle of measurement and the results of numerical simulation, a measuring system has been developed by optimum design. Standard sine temperature waves have been adopted in experiments and errors have been decreased. Thermal conductivities of several samples of metals and alloys have been detemained and calculated, and the results showed that the maximum relative errors were within 4%.
