中国特高压交流试验示范工程建设的基本原则

中国建设1 000 kV 特高压交流试验示范工程的首要目的是验证和掌握特高压输电技术, 考核设备, 获取运行经验, 为今后特高压电网建设奠定基础。在特高压交流试验示范工程建设过程中, 需要遵循自主创新原则、标准统一原则和规模适中原则。同时, 其技术路线应遵循有利于发挥特高压输电功能, 全面验证设备能力, 便于发现问题等原则。根据系统运行条件、工程建设条件、满足试验示范需要和风险评估等要求对3个交流特高压输电工程进行综合比较分析, 首选晋东南- 南阳- 荆门输变电工程作为我国特高压交流试验示范工程。结合晋东南- 南阳- 荆门特高压交流试验示范工程研究1 000 kV 级变电站主要设计原则。

Basic Principles of China's UHV AC Demonstration Project

The primary objective of China's 1 000 kV UHV AC demonstration program is to validate and master UHV transmission technology,test equipments,and gain operating experiences,to establish foundation for future UHV grid development.The principles of independent innovation,unified standard and moderate scale should be followed during the construction process of the UHV AC demonstration program.In the mean time the technical routes should follow the principles favorable to UHV transmission functions,demonstration of overall equipment capability and convenience for problem discovery.Based on system operation and construction conditions,test requirements and risk assessment 3 UHV AC transmission projects have been compared and analyzed in general and Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jingmen UHV AC transmission project has been the demonstration project.Combined with the Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jinmen UHV demonstration project,the main design priciples of the 1 000 kV substation are studied.
