XRF在RoHS和REACH检测中的应用

摘    要:总结了RoHS指令和REACH法规的要求和最新进展,并建立了电视机部件样品中的铅、汞、镉、铬4种金属的XRF定量测定方法.该方法将样品微波消解为溶液,大大降低了基体干扰,可用于RoHS检测中4种金属元素的定量测定,并可对REACH法规中47项SVHC物质进行判定.该方法具有简便、快速、低成本的优点,可应用于电子产品中的RoHS与REACH检测.

Abstract:The latest developments of RoHS directive and the REACH regulation are summarized in this paper. Determination of lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium in television unit samples using XRF is established. The samples are prepared by microwave assisted acid digestion, which can reduce the matrix interference in the testing. This method can be used in determination of four metals and judgment of 47 SVHC in REACH regulation. It provides effective and less consumption for the determination in RoHS directive and the REACH regulation.
