酒钢除尘灰性质分析及利用技术

摘    要:通过分析研究酒钢采矿、选矿、烧结、冶炼工序以及配套脱硫系统除尘灰特性,提出了将含铁除尘灰分为高碱金属、高锌、不锈钢以及低有害元素4类的新思路,并分类进行了多方案试验研究,根据研究结果及技术成熟度,推荐了回收工艺。据此,可实现酒钢除尘灰中有价元素的高效回收、除尘灰变废为宝的目的。含铁除尘灰脱除有害元素后再返回烧结利用,对炼铁顺行及降低铁水成本十分有益,真正做到了除尘灰零排放。

Abstract:Based on the analysis and study of the dust removal characteristics in the mining, dressing, firing and smelting processes and the matching desulfurization system in Jiusteel, a new idea of dividing the iron containing dust into four categories, namely, high alkali metal, high zinc, stainless steel and low harmful elements, was put forward, and a series of experimental studies were carried out. According to the research results and technical maturity, the recovery technology was recommended. Accordingly, the valuable elements in the dusting ash of Jiusteel can be efficiently recovered and the dust can be changed into valuables. Removing harmful elements from iron dust and then returning to sintering was very beneficial to the smooth operation of ironmaking and reduction of the cost of molten iron, which really achieved zero emission of dust.
