中国古典园林中的健康思想研究 ——以清代皇家园林为例

中国古典园林蕴含丰富而独特的健康思想与经营理念,其理论与思想有待深入阐释与梳理归纳。通过查阅古籍资料、结合传统医学理论,挖掘与分析古典园林营建中康养思想的生成环境与养生内涵,并以清代皇家园林为例,探析其在健康思想引导下的以陶冶情操、修身养性为目的的园林建构活动与健康生活。从健康科学含义出发论及知觉、感觉、肌体三大方面,从健康环境决策、健康园景营建、健康园居生活等方面进行论证,进而获得现代语境中古典园林健康思维的生成机制,并对其在当代健康园林设计中的理论价值进行总结与展望。研究成果对充实当代健康园林理论,促进以健康中国为导向的风景园林研究具有一定的参考价值与借鉴意义。

On the Health Thoughts in Chinese Classical Garden: Taking the Imperial Garden in Qing Dynasty as Example

Chinese classical garden contains rich and unique health thoughts, which need to be further unearthed and summarized. This paper attempts to interpret the philosophical connotation about health thoughts in Chinese classical garden, takes the imperial garden of Qing Dynasty as example, through ancient books and field survey, and analyzes its design theories and approaches under the influence of Chinese health thoughts. The paper discusses about the healthy environment decision, healthy landscape design and construction, healthy lives and activities in classical gardens, and so on. The research results can be valuable to enrich and promote the theory study of contemporary healthy landscape architecture.
