摘    要: 为提升唐钢中厚板公司技术水平,提高产品市场竞争力,引入了多项新一代中厚板生产技术。介绍了微合金钢铸坯角部裂纹控制技术、铸坯凝固末端重压下技术等高品质中厚板坯生产技术,实现了优质铸坯的生产;介绍了先进中厚板轧机控制系统集成和MAS轧制板形控制技术等高成材率中厚板轧制技术,提升了板材成材率;介绍了新一代超快冷(UFC)TMCP装备和合金减量化等技术在唐钢的应用,新一代中厚板制造关键技术的应用实现了唐钢中厚板产品升级和品种钢品质提升。

Abstract:In order to improve the technical level of the Tangsteel medium and heavy plate company and improve the competitiveness of the product market, a number of the new generation of production technologies have been introduced. The high quality billet manufacturing technology such as the control technology of the billet corner cracks in micro alloy steel and heavy reduction at the solidification end of the casting realized the high quality slab production. An advanced plate mill control system integration and MAS rolling board type control technology and other high yield medium thickness plate rolling technology were introduced, which improve the sheet material high yield rate. The implementation of the new generation ultra fast cooling (UFC) TMCP equipment and alloy subtraction technology in Tangsteel was introduced. The application of these technologies has realized the upgrading of the medium and heavy plate in Tangsteel and promotion of the quality of the heavy plate.
