烷基糖苷的直接苷化法研究

摘    要:
采用直接苷化法合成了十二烷基葡糖苷。通过正交试验,考察了原料配比、催化剂用量和反应温度等因素对产率的影响。得到了最佳反应条件:十二醇与葡萄糖的摩尔比为3.0:1,催化剂与葡萄糖的质量比为0.01:1,反应温度为120℃。结果表明:影响产率的主要因素为催化剂和葡萄糖的配料比。

Abstract:
The alkyl polyglucoside was synthesized by the direct reaction of glucose and laurel alcohol. The influence factors are discussed and the optimum conditions are as follows: mole ratio of dodecyl alcohol to glucose 3.01, quality ratio of catalyst to glucose is 0.011 and reaction temperature 120 . Experiment shows that the major factor effecting on the reaction yield is the ratio of catalyst to glucose.
