| 摘 要： | 以柔性制造实验系统为研究对象，研究了ＦＭＳ检测监控系统的硬件体系结构和软件集成框架，提出了ＦＭＳ检测监控中信息的选择及故障处理策略，建立了基于专家系统和动态图形技术的ＦＭＳ运行状态检测监控系统，实现了运行状态的动态显示和故障的诊断。

| Abstract: | Based on the flexible manufacturing experiment system(FMES), this paper gives the hardware structure and the software framework of a monitoring system for flexible manufacturing system (FMS). The method to select monitoring information and the strategy to deal with faults are studied. By using expert system and dynamic graphic technique, a monitoring system for FMS is developed, the system can display the running status of FMS and diagnose the faults. |
