富氧底吹造锍捕金工艺处理复杂精矿的生产实践

Production practice of gold collection in matte from complex concentrates with oxygen enriched bottom blowing process

This paper introduced the major equipment ,flowsheet and operation status of the oxygen enriched bot-tom blowing process for gold collection in matte from complex concentrates with high arsenic and lead content gold -copper concentrates ,and analyzed and summarized the problems in the production practice , for example the slag is hard to discharge , oxygen lance is easy to burn and soot transportation is hard , and their countermeasures .After 2 years'practice ,it shows that gold collection in matte from complex concentrates with oxygen enriched bottom blowing process greatly increases the treatment capacity and can obviously improve gold ,silver and copper recovery rate .
