中深孔多排微差爆破技术在华子峪镁矿的应用

摘    要:华子峪镁矿采用露天台阶中深孔多排微差爆破技术,全面实现了机械化采矿。详细介绍了中深孔爆破参数(炸药单耗、炮孔直径、最小抵抗线、排间距等)的合理选择,确定了华子峪镁矿多排孔台阶爆破的合理填塞长度为最小抵抗线的0.7~1倍;微差爆破间隔时间为25~50 ms。总结了在露天台阶中深孔多排微差爆破中出现拒爆的原因及处理方法,值得同类型矿山借鉴。

Abstract:Open-step medium-long hole multi-row short-delay blasting used in Huaziyu Magnesium Mine has achieved fully mechanized mining for the mine.The paper in detail describes the reasonable choice of medium-long hole blasting parameters (unit consumption of explosives,borehole diameter,minimum resistance line,row intervals and so on) which determines the proper charging length to be 0.7-1 time the length of the minimum resistance line and the proper short-delay blasting interval to be 25-50 ms,summarizes the cause of misfire occurring in open-step mediumlong hole multi-row short-delay blasting and puts forward countermeasures,providing reference for similar mines.
