尾矿干排工艺中高泥质尾矿浆絮凝浓缩处理试验研究

摘    要:尾矿干排工艺高泥质尾矿中细粒级物料的脱水较为困难。为确定某金矿高泥质尾矿合理的沉降参数,选取高泥质尾矿浆浓度、絮凝剂单耗和絮凝剂种类作为影响因素,依据单一变量试验原则,进行全泥氰化尾矿浆絮凝沉降试验及正交试验。结果表明:各因素对矿浆沉降效果的影响程度为絮凝剂种类高泥质尾矿浆浓度絮凝剂单耗;当FS3802型絮凝剂(质量分数0.1%)用量为50 g/t,高泥质尾矿浆浓度为4%时,矿浆的沉降效果最好,且此条件下,动态沉降试验装置的最高底流浓度为46.7%,已初步具备膏体性能。研究结果对选矿厂全泥氰化尾矿干排工艺中絮凝沉降各因素的控制具有很好的指导作用。

Abstract:Fine-particle materials in high argillaceous tailings in dry discharge process of tailings are difficult to be dewatered.In order to determine proper precipitation parameters of the high argillaceous tailings from a gold mine,the paper selected the density of high argillaceous tailings pulp,unit flocculation consumption and flocculant types as the influencing factors to conduct flocculation precipitation test and orthogonal test on all-sliming cyanidation tailings pulp based on single variable test principle.The results show that the degree by which each factor influences the precipitation effect is as follows:flocculant types>pulp density>unit flocculation consumption;when the dosage of flocculant FS3802 (mass fraction 0.1 %) is 50 g/t and the density of high argillaceous tailings pulp is 4 %,the precipitation effect is the best,and on this condition,the highest underflow concentration of the dynamic precipitation test device is 46.7 %,with preliminary paste functionality.The research result can be used to guide the control of each factor affecting flocculation precipitation in dry discharge process of tailings in all-sliming cyanidation process in ore-dressing plants.
