摘    要:研究了Mn含量对Fe-Mn合金组织性能的影响。通过动态热机械分析仪测试材料的阻尼性能,并采用XRD、EBSD扫描电镜对材料的相成分进行半定量的测定。结果表明,Fe-Mn合金的阻尼性能随着应变振幅的增加呈近似线性增加的趋势;随着Mn含量的增加合金的阻尼性能提高。并且,Fe-Mn合金的强度随着Mn含量的增加而增加,然而韧性逐渐降低。分析认为Mn含量的增加,合金中的ε-马氏体含量逐渐增加,同时ε-马氏体板条得到细化,增加了合金中的阻尼源界面,提高了合金的阻尼性能。

Abstract:The effect of Mn contents on microstructure and properties of Fe-Mn alloy was studied.The damping property of the sample material was tested by dynamic thermal mechanical analyzer.And the phase composition of the material was measured by semi-quantitative method with X-ray Diffraction and electron backscatter diffraction scanning electron microscope.The results show that the damping property of Fe-Mn alloy increases linearly with the increase of strain amplitude.In addition,the damping properties of Fe-Mn alloy also increase with the increase of Mn content.And the strength of Fe-Mn alloy increases with the increase of Mn content as well,while the toughness decreases.The analysis shows that the increase of Mn content can increase the content of ε-martensite and refine the lath of ε-martensite,which increases the interface of damping source and improves the damping property of the alloy.
